A banda Pixies lançou o single “Vault of Heaven”, que veio acompanhado de um clipe. A canção estará no oitavo álbum de estúdio , Doggerel, com data de lançamento prevista para 30 de setembro pela BMG. Confira o clipe a seguir:

Sobre o álbum Doggerel
O novo trabalho é um disco que caminha entre os extremos sonoros mais marcantes na carreira do Pixies, só que dessa vez os músicos mostram uma faceta mais sombria e madura ao lado de melodias pop e momentos folk. A produção é dividida entre Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, Ghost) e o guitarrista e vocalista Black Francis.
Além de Black Francis, a banda é formada pelo guitarrista Joey Santiago, pelo baterista David Lovering e pela baixista Paz Lenchantin. Em outubro, pouco após o lançamento do álbum, o Pixies chega ao Brasil para um show no Rio de Janeiro e um em São Paulo, como co-headliners do Popload Festival. O álbum Doggerel já está disponível para pré-venda, confira as faixas:
